You must have an Email address and strong password to register and for subsequent login into system. It is important to note your Email address and Password should be kept with you writen to use afterward.
If there is no activity in the system for more than three months the data files belonging to your business will be erased from the database automatically as inactive entity.
Once registered all the configuration for your company will be done in our servers to facilitate you to feed data and subsequently print your invoices and reports as required.
You are the Administrator of the System. Else after registration, you can appoint an employee as manager-for this system to perform your duty.

Objective
Objectives of This application is fulfiling documentary evidence on all transactions with issue of Invoices, Instantanious check on Stocks in hand and Obtaining periodical reports on all issues/sales etc..
Input
At the begining you are required to feed Details of names of items/goods or names of services into database. Once those data fed into database it will ready to issue/prepare an Invoice
Output
1. Printing Invoices - Invoice includes Company Name, Address, Contact Number, Details of goods sold, Values, sales information etc.
2. Stocks Balance - On every sale or isue of goods Stock Balance will be updated and shown.
3. Sales Reports - Periodical sales reports can be veiwed and printed.
